Board Member

Dr. Barbie Buckner is currently an Educator Professional Development Specialist at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center in Edwards, California.  She holds a Doctorate Degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Louisville.  Buckner’s prior work experience includes twenty years in the STEM classroom at Bradley Central High School and a year as an Albert Einstein Distinguished Educator Fellow at the National Science Foundation.  Barbie sees education as her calling and has spent her life sharing her love for learning with everyone around her.
