After relocating to Tampa Bay, Ms. Walko managed the worldwide consolidation and reporting of a 500+ million-dollar company. Primarily preparing quarterly SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) reporting packages, developing financial policies/procedures and ensuring financial controls compliance were met.
Her remaining years were spent at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). In addition to a career in Finance and Accounting, Ms. Walko has also served on the board of a local nonprofit, “Redefining Refuge,” dedicated to fighting for women and children who have been victims of the depraved injustice of sexual abuse, with a prevailing emphasis on the abolition of the domestic sex trafficking of minors.

The organization’s goal is to implement global initiatives that strategically confront the three main issues responsible for the infringing mental health epidemic affecting our children: Access, Acceptance, Awareness.
