​Dr. Nicole Pardo is an execution-oriented healthcare innovator and business strategist with a 15-year record of success and accomplishments in the health and life science industry.  She has helped multiple organizations to create and implement programs in different areas including care management solutions for caregivers and providers, benefit utilization management programs in the areas of radiology, cardiology, oncology, among others, for large health plans.  As product and business development professional, Dr. Pardo focuses on optimizing processes, drive rigorous product development efforts, and introduce major technologies that focus on quality metrics and healthcare outcomes, together as ways to improve quality of care for different patient populations.  Nicole is passionate about STEAM education and equal opportunity for women in technology.
