Everyone has a SUPERHERO inside of them waiting to be discovered.
  • What would it take to transform yourself into a superhero?
SPACE HAVEN: ADVENTURES IN OUTERSPACE
Activity Duration: 4 hours 
​Recommended Age: 10-13

Create a fictional story describing how the human body functions to survive in space. Design a costume and superpowers that enhance the abilities of the human body.

CREATE- What's Your Superhero Power?
In honor of #NationalSuperHeroDay we want you to:
  • Think about your favorite superhero, and plan your costume, using whatever you have on hand.
  • Identify your OWN superhero power, name, and costume!
  • If your superhero wears a mask, decorate your mask to celebrate the day! 
  • Not into dressing up? Use this great superhero template by illustrator Jayson Kretzer to create your own image! Check out Jayson's 2020 Design Your Habitat Superhero!!!!

  • When the mission is completed, share your creation via social media using #DesignYourHabitat or the artwork submission system.
